Jim Murphy Secretary of State for Scotlandand Labour MP for East Renfrewshire looked to HBR to provide a new website with the view to adding additional functionality and gaining greater control over the ongoing process of adding and updating content.
There was a definite emphasis on providing a solution that would enable relatively inexperienced members of Jims’ staff to easily take control of the site and be comfortable with managing the site going forward. We hope that in our Content Management Solution (CMS) we were able to achieve this and all the signs have been very positive so far.
We often find that while our CMS is able to satisfy the bulk of any given brief for this type of website, clients usually want to do something which is of particular relevance to their way of working.
