Local award winning IT infrastructure, Services and support company Nova IT Solutions came to HBR to assist in the development of their new website.
Nova IT Solutions who pride themselves on their high levels of customer satisfaction wished to convey their take on customer support and the services on offer.
As recent winners of two awards for ‘Best Small to Medium Size Business’ and ‘Outstanding IT Support’ their business model obviously works well.
For the website HBR tried to create a clean functional site that assisted the users in finding the right information quickly and without fuss.
To that end HBR focused on the design of the homepage and the need to direct users directly to the respective services, support options and client information. There is actually quite a lot going on with the homepage, but hopefully we’ve managed to achieve this without it being obvious.
