A certain blue chip investment company wanted to know how they could provide a way of processing various requests through a series of pre-determined stages, with customisable authorisation, user defined data collection, checklists and notification points. Oh and the users of the system would be globally based and need monitor the progress of requests and run a variety of reports.
Utilising the companies existing intranet environment we were able to deploy a series of bespoke workflow solutions to meet each of their requirements. With the ability to create and configure new and existing workflows and even design their own data capture elements using our popular Form Management solution the client has been able to increase efficiency saving time and money as well as having access to a wide range of reports and analysis options that would have been very difficult to produce beforehand.
