The Faversham Website
The Faversham Website in conjunction with the Faversham Enterprise Partnership commissioned HBR to provide a complete redesign and Content Managed Solution for their already hugely popular website.

This was both exciting and challenging as the website was already successful and quite large in terms of content, but most of it consisted of static web pages with the odd dynamic sections here and there. This meant that the website had become a victim of its own success because it had grown beyond a size that could easily be managed and things were often difficult to achieve because of this. It was a typical case of bolting on extras to meet demand, without having the benefit of hindsight which would have produced a more mature product.
Obviously the Faversham Website Trust realised this and accepted that they would have to take the rather radical step of starting over. Fortunately we had already been involved with some of the smaller additions on the existing website and had a good understanding of what needed to be done.
Using the Bluebird CMS our own content management solution, we were able to offer a fully flexible solution that would meet both current and likely future demands, and because we don’t use on off the self CMS package we were also able to offer many bespoke elements.
