E-Commerce
Many people think of online shopping sites when you talk about e-commerce, but
e-commerce really covers a much wider spectrum of business solutions than just the online retail channel.
Many of the solutions that we have provided have been on a Business to Business (B2B) basis. Usually as part of an extranet between two partner companies such as manufacturer and distributor.
For example we built an extranet for the Trellicor Security Group, a leading manufacturer of security doors, which allows distributors to process their orders directly to the manufacturing plant online. We have also built a reseller extranet for Compaq which allows resellers to purchase goods from Compaq using their collateral balances, which they have previously accumulated by selling Compaq goods.
On a more traditional footing we have building e-commerce sites for a range of customers with online retail businesses, including TW Fashion, Posh-Pad, Bluestream, Pazon Ignitions, Concorde French Language Publications and European Travel Books.
